Why This, Not Something Else
Enterprise systems get bought and implemented constantly. Far less often does anyone go back afterward and study, in detail, whether the system changed how people actually work, or just changed what they click.
SAP process transformation is one of the clearest, highest-stakes places that gap shows up. Signavio process modeling and SuccessFactors people-operations design touch how a lot of people experience their work every day, which makes it a demanding, consequential place to study the difference between a system working as designed and people actually working well within it. That’s why it’s the primary focus behind YX Lab right now, not because SAP is the whole story, but because it’s currently the most rigorous test of it.

This is a developing focus, built through independent study, process modeling, and documented case analysis, not through claimed certifications, implementations, or client outcomes that haven’t happened. Where the current research doesn’t yet support a claim, the claim doesn’t get made here.
As that evidence accumulates, this page and the research index below should reflect it, stronger content on the same page, never an inflated description arriving ahead of the work.
What Will Live Here
Field notes on specific process observations, case studies (labeled applied or conceptual, never blended), and any frameworks that come out of testing this thinking against real evidence. Nothing is published before it’s real; an honest empty section is worth more here than a padded one.
